Eamonn undergoes cupping to deal with persistent back pain, but Rochelle did not reveal why she turned to the practice.

Sharing a photo of a series of mugs, she simply wrote, “Best nights out,” along with the hashtag “wellness.”

Rochelle booked her cupping session with The Herbalist, a London and Buckinghamshire-based practitioner who has also performed cupping on celebrities including Amanda Holden and Rochelle’s husband Marvin Hume.

The presenter shared that she currently relies on JS Health vitamins, taking Hair and energywho she says got her hair back to its best after having baby Blake, as well as PM +as she struggles to sleep, and collagen powder every morning.
