Photo shows Ben Davies wearing a protective boot after the Tottenham tour
A disturbing the photo appeared on social networks showing Ben Davies wearing a protective boot around his left leg at the end of Tottenham Hotspur’s tour of South Korea.
Antonio Conte previously noted that Davies picked up a minor injury as Spurs drew with Sevilla in the second of their games in Asia.
The Italian hinted that he hoped the injury wasn’t serious. However, it looks like Tottenham had reason to worry.

Tottenham losing Ben Davies to serious injury would be a big blow
Obviously, Tottenham fans will be wary of jumping to conclusions. It wouldn’t be a surprise if the injury was indeed not too serious, and the club were simply taking precautions.
Davies has been a crucial player for Tottenham since Conte joined the club late last year. In fact, Conte seems to have almost transformed the Welshman’s career.
Davies has always been a very good servant for Spurs. But it’s surely fair to say that few supporters would have imagined he would become so important after Conte’s arrival – particularly as a centre-back.
The Spurs boss has described his season as “incredible”.
However, there is now less pressure on Davies to make a quick comeback. Tottenham have signed Clement Lenglet on loan from Barcelona. And the Frenchman was bought in to mainly bolster his options on the left of the back three.
Tottenham supporters are hoping for an update on Davies’ condition in the near future. Obviously, it would be a big setback to lose him for any significant amount of time over the next few weeks.
