OKAY. Admit it. Heading to Daytona Beach, Florida for this weekend’s 60th Daytona Rolex 24 sounds a lot better than pulling out the snow shovel or trying to find the missing mitt.

On Wednesday, IMSA released its annual open-field images from Daytona (Florida) International Speedway ahead of this weekend’s race. And, yes, it gets the adrenaline pumping for the start of the IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car season.

The cars qualified last Sunday for this weekend’s race. Sections of the race will air on NBC, USA, Peacock and IMSA.tv, but check your local listings. NBC will have the start at 1:30 p.m. on January 29.


Where to watch the Rolex 24 weekend

The IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season opener, the BMW Endurance Challenge, will air on Peacock, NBC’s streaming service, on January 28, from 1:35-5:35 p.m. ET.

On January 29, the Rolex 24 airs on NBC from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Afterwards, it will move to Peacock and (outside North America) IMSA.tv until midnight ET. It’s also on USA Network from 4-7 p.m. ET. It’s back in the US from 10 p.m. to midnight ET.

January 30 is in the US from midnight to 3 a.m. ET, and it’s also on Peacock and IMSA.tv from midnight to 1:40 a.m. ET. From 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., it’s in the USA. And from noon to 2 p.m., it’s on NBC.
